Submitting a support ticket is the quickest way to receive assistance with a technology problem or to have a question answered. Providing as much information as possible allows us to give you the best possible service.


Have a meeting or presentation and need technology setup? Submit a ticket with your needs as early as possible so we may assist you.


How to submit a support ticket:


  1. Navigate and log in to your North Collins District Gmail
  2. Left click the Google app “waffle” icon located at the top right
  3. Scroll down to the very bottom of the menu, clicking “more” if needed
  4. Left click the “NCSD Technology Support” Eagles icon
  5. Once at the Asset Panda page left click “Service Tickets” and then "Add New" to create a ticket
  6. Fill out the form and left click “Save”

View past and present tickets:


With the new Asset Panda ticketing system comes the ability to easily find both past and present tickets. Adding comments, checking ticket status, and viewing notifications is as easy as clicking the Eagles icon right from your District Gmail apps menu.
