If you have a child who will be 5 years old on or before December 1st, 2023 and does NOT attend Pre-K at North Collins Elementary, please complete the registration paperwork. Paperwork is available below to download or by email/mail when requested.
Before starting school, the following information should be submitted to the school:
1. Completed Registration Paperwork
2. Student's Health Records (including immunization records and health appraisal)
3. Copy of Student's Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate
4. Two Proofs of Residency within the North Collins Central School District
