Tax Collection Information

School tax bills will be mailed by the start of school in the fall. 

Payment of school taxes must be made by check or money order, payable to North Collins Central School District, and mailed to:

A pre-addressed envelope is included with your tax bill for your convenience.

In-person payments may be made at the Community Bank, 10490 Main Street, North Collins Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR SCHOOL TAX BILL, PLEASE CALL. You may contact Ms. Linda Potter, the school Tax Collector, at 337-0101 ext. 1306. 

Payments Due

The last day to pay school taxes without penalty is Monday, October 15, 2018. Payment envelope must be validated by a U.S. postmark on or before October 15th to be accepted as an on-time payment.

Payments after October 16th:
October 16-October 31: with 7.5% Penalty
November 1-November 30: with 9.0% Penalty
No payments will be accepted after November 30th. 

On December 1st, taxes that are unpaid are returned to the County and added to the 2018 Town and County tax bill with additional penalties, unless they are paid DIRECTLY to Erie County by December 31st.
