BID NOTICE

The Board of Education of the NORTH COLLINS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT invites the submission of your sealed BID on the following:

2025 - 2026 ART, ATHLETIC, OFFICE and SCHOOL SUPPLIES

The Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, on May 16, 2025 and opened in public at:

North Collins Central School
Business Office
2045 School Street
North Collins, NY 14111

Vendors shall ensure timely delivery of their bid. Mailed bids or bids delivered by courier or courier service will not be accepted if received after the bid opening time noted above. Late bids will not be accepted.

FAXed bids or bids with facsimile or copied signatures will not be accepted, in accordance with New York State General Municipal Law.

No bid may be withdrawn by the vendor within 45 days after the date of the opening thereof.

The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
