School Bus Drivers, Substitute Bus Drivers, and Substitute Bus Attendants Needed!

SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS, SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVERS, and SUBSTITUTE BUS ATTENDANTS NEEDED!

The NORTH COLLINS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT has an immediate need to fill permanent and substitute positions in our Transportation Department.

BUS DRIVER POSITIONS

• Bus Driver applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a good driving record, already have or be willing to obtain a CDL class “B” license with a P and S endorsement, and pass a background check, physical and drug screen. (Options available for CDL class “C”- call for more information.)
• Bus Driving positions start at $23.87/hour.
• Free Training to get your CDL provided to the right candidates.
• Our permanent positions involve working a split day, such as: 6 am-9 am and 1:30 pm-4 pm.
• Benefits include: paid health insurance, flexible spending account, paid sick and personal time, perfect attendance bonus, overtime availability, and NYS Retirement Pension Plan.

BUS ATTENDANT POSITIONS

• Bus Attendants must be a minimum of 19 years of age AND pass a background check.
• Pay rate is $16.85.
• Our substitute positions allow you to pick work as it comes available. We have work available at many different times of the day including field trips, sports runs (from 3:45 pm on) and even work at times on weekends. Substitutes can choose what they want to work based on what is available. Work 1 shift a week or 1 a month!

Candidates for all positions must be dependable and enjoy working with and being around children.
